Fairly clean and original place, good hot and large breakfast with plenty of options. Great and handy location for our visit to Broad Eye Windmill around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Set next to bars 

The place was immaculately clean and 1st class, had very professional staff with top quality customer service.

It was really good value. Had an outstanding stay for a wedding, everything was perfectly fine. The train station was short walk from the venue, I truly enjoyed it.

English breakfast with a nice coffee from the In house Cafe and all the food was reasonably priced. We where in a superior family queen room with a hair dryer, an iron, and armchairs.

The units are stocked with a bath.

The location is great, few metres away from city centre. It has spotless and double superior rooms, good value.

The location was convenient, in the restaurant-great service, it's a plus.

It was pleasant hotel overall, everything was good, I would give it other than 4 stars.

The standard queen room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was brand-new with a huge four poster bed. The location was best possible, a short walk from St Chad's Church.

The room was a decent size and double superior with a four poster bed, I felt comfortable there. Essentials that you need, such as ample tea, an iron and a hair dryer, were there. The location was unbeatable right in town centre, 

The standard double room I stayed in was great value with a lovely view of st mary's church. The room had Wi-Fi, an air conditioner, and coffee.

Fabulous and impressive accommodation with pleasant staff with exceptional service and amazing staff.

Historic and strategic location, quite a walk from a victorian theatre. Short walk from the train station for easy access. A great selection of meals for breakfast, including coffee and toast.

The restaurant was very nice with a quality breakfast, I tried very pleasant dishes. The location was comfortable and the rooms were stocked.

Even though I really enjoyed the place, some of the staff were not professional.
